OUR PROCESS
From the initial site visit to 3D walk-throughs, material and design selections to, pricing estimates, we take each project step-by-step to be sure you are involved and aware of what is going on with your project from start to finish.

We will meet you on site of your lot or a lot you are interested in purchasing to help evaluate the pros and cons of the property and give you our insight as to the placement and/or orientation of your new home. We will also discuss the style of the home you want and the restrictions of that particular lot.

Once the lot is decided upon, we can help direct you to plan sites and offer ideas for your plan, find a suitable architect, or offer to design this one-of-a-kind home of your dreams. Once designed, you’ll be able to see it in 3D and even do a virtual “walk through” before it’s built.

We will then meet to develop a list of specifications and materials that you desire in your home. These will included items like flooring, windows and doors, roofing, exterior finish, and so on. These items will have the most impact on the final figure and your satisfaction. And remember, you’ve spent no money with us at this point.

We can contract two different ways. For most homes we will provide a “contract price.” This is what the build will cost. There are no hidden fees or costs after this is signed. This is the final figure you will pay for the home. No surprises, no worries.
From there, we get going…
Our goal is that something changes every day on your build until it’s complete. We will provide to you a schedule of operations and meet onsite any time you need us to. One of us will be on the jobsite every day to personally supervise all aspects of construction.
COST PLUS
On some of our complicated builds, we may choose to employ a “cost plus” contract. On these builds we still develop an estimate of all the costs and add a percentage or flat fee to that total for our services. These types of contracts are reserved for homes with lots of unique features and materials. These types also give the client maximum control over the build.
